Intro
An “interaction” is an activity other than an event, consultation, or task that is incidental to the work related to an event or task (e.g., a call, note, processing information related to preparing for a hearing).
Persons involved
An interaction may involve one or any number of additional people (e.g., to coordinate a meeting).
Whether included in flat fee
The interaction is included in a flat fee whether or not it says that on the Terms form as long it is initiated by SRL and incidental to an included event, consultation, or task.
Note
During representation or an evaluation, interactions initiated by the Client should normally occur during the included consultations.
