A consultation only is done when someone wants SRL to provide advice but not representation.
Evaluation distinguished
A consultation is different than an evaluation in that it is less involved and normally can be completed in one consultation.
Representation distinguished
The Terms for a consultation are the same as they are for representation, with the following exceptions:
The only activity for a consultation is the consultation itself. If a standard service, the consultation does not include representation or an appearance in court or anywhere else other than for the one consultation at SRL; and
Where, in context, the Terms are clearly not applicable.
