As of the date this article was published, this was the only document available on the court’s website regarding the rules, conditions, and/or terms of ARD, other than the ARD form and ARD (DUI) form. Based on our experience, however, this is not the same document you will be asked to sign by the Probation Office when you are admitted to ARD.
